We just left the clinic with our dog Rusti. Even though Dr. Todia is out of town, and the small animal X-ray machine didn't work- Victoria got the X-ray with the horse X-ray! We even got to help! Then she took pictures of the X-ray, sent to Dr. Todia and she told her what we should do for the weekend and to return on Monday with Rusti so she could check her out! Each and every time we have taken our animals to the clinic they have been very well cared for. Thank you Victoria, thank you Dr. Todia!❤️
Been coming here for 5 years almost. If I could rate on care alone it would be a 5. Rating timeliness of appointments would be a 1. 30-45 minute waits for a nail trim when I schedule directly after their lunch break is angering to say the least. Today was 45 minutes and I still had an estimated 10+ minutes more so I had to leave, reschedule both dogs and carve out more of my time next week. If they didn't take such good care of my dogs I'd find a new vet. Just expect to sit and wait no matter your scheduled time.
I lost a goat to these people which could have been prevented!! I even brought my cat in and they wouldn't let me say good bye!!! BROKE MY HEART!!!! Glad I don't live around the corner from them because I would rather drive across town instead!!
I wouldn't take my baby girl anywhere else. The staff is super friendly.
