Do NOT use this company. He uses faulty equipment, and when questioned by it he leaves before the job is done. Funny thing is that he received a phone call, and left right after. Has ABSOLUTELY no customer service skills and says he has 15 years of experience, but doesn't know the first thing about the proper care of palm trees. I am reporting this to the BBB and to OSHA as well.
