We had a Palm Tree die quickly that was giving off a bad smell just a few days before we were having an outside party. We called and spoke with Dave and he came out within a few hours and made arrangements to remove the tree within the next 2 days - even though his schedule was already busy. He was very knowledgeable and informative & removed the tree exactly as he said he would (since it was so rotted it could not be climbed and he felled it within inches of his mark).
