They only load you with appointment time, doesn't matter they've no other trucks to work on. came here last night , appointment 1:00 PM check in 8:00 AM , started loading me exactly 1:00 pm . Loaded checkout at 3:00 pm
There is sufficient space to maneuver and get backed up into the dock. You check in at an open dock door or by going to the office. I arrived at 7:45 AM and the crew were outside the main office. They told me to back up into a dock and they would start at 8:00 AM. As soon as 8 hit they came to my truck, got the BOL and started unloading. It was all unloaded by hand and they were quick considering it was all done by hand with no forklift.
