Incredible to work with! Called at 7pm in a panic when our roof failed inspection 8 days prior to closing and we had to reopen negotiations with the seller. On the other end of the line was a calm, empathetic, and composed Kai, who used special satellite technology to be able to provide us an actionable quote within hours. A to Z is a very professional company. They have excellent customer service and great communication. They were on time, they completed the job in one day, and the clean-up was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing services.
Kai came to my house and was very professional. Gave me a great presentation on what I was going to be getting done. Very nice and thorough going into detail when needed. The team was very good and professional. Cleaned my neighbors yards of fallen debris and made sure no nails/wood was left behind. Highly recommend this company for roofing! Great price and customer service!!
Poor customer service, very unresponsive. Initial conversation we had was okay they were responsive and quick to schedule an assessment, but they failed to show up. I have followed up on this, but no one ever responded. Not too sure what happened but they never reach out to proceed with the agreed assessment. I had to book another service to fix our rotting boards.
