I rented a jousting ring from this place one day and as it was being loaded into my vehicle I asked about the head gear because kids were going to be using it. The loader assured me that the gear was all inside the package and the owner gave me a business card and wrote her cell phone number on it "just it case of any problems" she told me. I left the place and arrived at the party unpacked the jousting ring to find that the head gear was not in the bag.
