We have done business with A to Z Plumbing previously and it was a great experience. We recently had heating issues after the snowstorm Nemo, and Mike was there as soon as he could shovel out! He was very responsive, caring and honest. Had our new furnace installed as promised, and the service was prompt, efficient, neat and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to anyone! My furnace blew on Thursday night and I called A to Z Plumbing and got a fast response and Mike and his crew was here early that morning and got right to work replacing my furnace. Mike and his crew were prompt, professional, informative, friendly and did a pro job for a great price! This same crew helped out my parents in need of an upstairs laundry hook up and they live over an hour away and the job was done flawlessly at a rock bottom price! 12/14 - Eleven Days before the holidays.. who needs to be without Heat!! Mike & Jay came and fixed the problem without fail within the hour they were here- just like they said. Just wanted to say how great these people were. I was with out my a/c for 4 days because other places were booked and expensive as soon as I found a to z online and spoke with the receptionist and I would say immediately I received a phone call and had a tech at my house in a hr and took care of my a/c system. I have shopped around my self and a to z were the most courtesy and cheapest prices out their. I woke up to find that our a/c was not working. We saw an ad for A to Z Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning inc and we had decided to try them. Needless to say, I was impressed with the work. They were kind, courteous, and honest. I would definitely, without a doubt, pick these people for your plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs. Great service.
on july 4th 2009 i tryed alot of people to com eout an fix my a/c system no one would come out to fix it.. so i went to get cool an go shopping i seen a add hanging a to z air tune up so when i got home i called them they responded in less than a hour to my home as he inspected it he found a wire broken he charged me $55.00 the trip charge, i tryed to pay him more but he would not take it...i can say i have used others in diffrent house i owned an no one compared to them.. hope this review helps others in need ty lisa
