RecommendedThey don’t know what they are doing. They charged me 95$ to come out and look at my problem told me it might be this or that. Didn’t even try to fix the problem. The boy couldn’t even smell what it was and they brought two kids with them. He didn’t even have enough cash to get me change from my 100$. It was only 5$ but with them not knowing what they are doing they shouldn’t even charge. Wouldn’t tell anyone to go to them.
Very unprofessional and rude. Was told 3 times before he came out that this would be a warranty call. Came out told my mother n law what he thought it was, called the warranty company. Told my mother n law he don't like to do warranty work. He then just up and lwft with out saying anything to her or giving me a call. I would not recommend them for any of your work. If I could give it a 0 star I would
The work was only average for a not to complicated plumbing issue and the charge was outrageous. $900 for at max 2 1/2 hours work for one person. Tried to discuss why the bill was so high but, would not even discuss. Will not use again.
