This man Anthony Zagarelli is a 100% fraud. His "pest control" knowledge is severely lacking and he is rude, arrogant and quite mouthy. He has NO training or licenses his training was obtained from a mail-order service. Upon double-checking his "information" on bedbugs it was surprisingly WRONG. After 4 visits they still had the bugs and a bunch of nasty remarks from big-mouth A-Z guy. He prefers to milk a job using fake "poison" which, in violation of NY laws he WON'T tell you what it is.
