We saw Dr Wagner for the 1st time today and we are very pleased with our pediatrician move. She was very understanding, explained everything, and asked multiple times if we had any other concerns/questions. She also interacted with our daughter a lot unlike our old pediatrician. Very glad we switched and highly recommend! Dr Wagner for the WIN!
I was absolutely intrigued by the way the doctor made sure that I understood the problem and the treatment plan and how he took his time with my 10 year old son to break it down for him as well. The staff were so welcoming and made me feel like we were lifetime friends 🧡
My daughter is 19 and home from college , I called her pediatrician from birth and they say she is still a patient and would not speak to me because of her age. They said she had to handle it so months passed and now she is home but will they not schedule an appointment for her. She needs some up dated vaccines and really just wants to speak with Dr Eberhart for some reassurance but the receptionist will not allow her make an appointment. It is so bizarre . This office runs like a Chick Fil A drive thru! An entire office of people that have it all together and constantly make my life easier. We always feel at home here and my kids have always had exceptional care; from infants to teenagers and everything in between. We LOVE A to Z!!!
This is a business. It is not a place children or parents receive good care. The owner and md Mark McGranahan, MD, FAAP was the most unprofessional physician I’ve come across.We requested a steroid or an inhaler for our son with severe allergies. Not prescribed. We already had him on daily allergy meds. Make sure you have plenty time to go back 3 or 4 times before an issue gets treated. Especially if it could be considered viral …so they can tag your insurance without treating the child as an individual. Oh and your feelings... read more
