honestly wait time is ridiculous but she goes above and beyond to make sure she analyzes and treats her patients like her own children, and by that she also has her own beliefs on how childcare should go , i trust her knowledge.
We switched to Dr Zrenda from a different pediatrician about two years ago. I had been frustrated with my original pediatrician for several reasons, one being a health issue my child had been struggling with for years. If I could give zero stars, I would. I am writing this as a former patient, and this experience is something that has stayed with me for years. We came in simply to meet a new pediatrician after our previous doctor retired. What was supposed to be a routine introduction quickly turned into one of the most traumatic medical experiences of my life. Dr. Zrenda is absolutely fabulous. She always listens to our concerns and addresses them. Our son is medically complex and from day 1 she has been so attentive and thorough. Anytime one of our kiddos is sick we can get in same day. The front desk and all the nurses are so sweet and very fast about getting any information relayed when we call. We prefer to only see Dr.Z so I can’t speak for Dr. Aston. I do know she has a different approach.
