One STAR is too high. Mr. Nobles was to do a job for a client of mine. He represented himself as fully capable. Unfortunately when work started, after asking for money up-front, things went downhill. Workers that showed were always waiting on him to bring supplies (paint) for a paint job. When painting began it was minimal coverage (could see where writing had been on wall in pencil through paint), very sloppy with paint on floors, cabinets, baseboards, crown molding, stairs, doors, and basically everywhere it was not suppos... read more
