I had a disappointing experience with this solar energy system service. The installation process was poorly managed and took much longer than promised. After setup, the system was not producing the expected energy output. I also faced delays in getting proper support when I reported the issue. Overall, the service quality did not match the high cost.
This solar installation service did not meet expectations at all. Some panels were not aligned properly and the wiring work looked careless. The system also required multiple visits to fix issues that should have been handled correctly the first time. Customer service was slow and not very helpful when I raised concerns.
Very unprofessional solar company. The team seemed unorganized during installation and did not explain the system properly. After completion, I started noticing performance issues and inconsistent power generation. It was also difficult to get anyone on the phone for troubleshooting. I expected a more reliable and knowledgeable service.
I regret choosing this solar energy provider. The installation timeline kept changing and there was very little communication throughout the project. Even after installation, the system monitoring app showed errors and the performance was lower than what was promised. The whole experience felt unorganized and unprofessional.
