Highly recommended! Without a doubt, Paul is very thorough and easy to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with the inspection we had for a second home we were considering purchasing. The report and photos were very detailed and clearly presented the condition of the home. He made the whole process very easy and we recommend him without reservation.
This is the BEST inspector to go through if you have to have a new home inspected. He was promptly at the home when he said he would be, even when our realtor was late because of a misunderstanding he patiently waited for over 20 minutes with us, and finished inspecting the outside of the home while we were waiting. He does not work with any realtors, so he isn't biased when looking at a home- he will find EVERY flaw and let you know what it is, and how bad.
