My husband and I had a very positive experience at A to Z Dermatology. Dr. Jonathan Alvaro and his staff were so accommodating, professional and took time to answer any questions or concerns we had. Dr. Alvaro was so caring and personable. Highly recommend he and his staff.
This location is terrible. They are NEVER on time with appointments. I understand that some patients may need extra time with the Doctor, but every time?? The Chandler location is always within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. Mesa office, please start treating your patients time more valuable And not over schedule just to make a profit. Maybe call the Chandler office and get some pointers on how to run your office and treat your patients.
After being delayed 2 months to get an appointment time, we finally got into the clinic. The environment is what I’d call a ”Typical” clinic, after waiting 43 minutes behind scheduled appointment time… we finally saw a provider. Maybe if the clinic focused less on cosmetic anti-aging treatments (see their “Fresh face for Father’s Day” special going on) maybe we would have more available appointments and more time allocated to the medical patients needing treatment. Remarkably delightful experience. Having had previous experience with dermatological procedures that were both painful and visibly embarrassing. It was a thrill to have such a professional overview, pleasant assistants, and little to no discomfort. Thanks Dr. Gamote and staff
