I have been a regular customer at AtoZ dentist/ Dr Amanda Tan for more than 5 years. I got a quote almost $1900 for major dental gum problem/ infection with regular treatment 6 times appointment and Dr Amanda Tan promised to tell me about the condition of my gum and teeth after the first treatment. I did not receive any dental care from this practice however as a medical practice I've unfortunately been advised from my wife, that her 4year old boy needed to use the bathroom, the receptionist refused to do so and referred my son to a restaurant owned toilet (NOT a public toilet) that had a locked toilet. They returned to the dental clinic to attempt to use the toilet again to which more staff refused to allow a four year old to use their practice toilet. Attended last Saturday (sad I had nothing better to do!!!) and was taken aback by the cleanliness of the surgery. Everything was spotless. I was impressed. I had a toothache from a silver medal filling done when I was a young fella falling out, and Dr Tan and her team got me sorted out with no fuss. Pain is gone and have a well priced treatment plan sorted. Thanks crew!!!!!!
Amanda has a tendancy to overpower her co workers and I have found this is a form of emotional bullying. Yes she does do good dental work, and If it wasnt for her attitude towards others I would be happy to get my dental work done by her. she holds power over any challenger to her knowledge and overthrows their view so they all seem to have an unspoken vow to not challange her interlect.
