The order I placed was pushed back too far, and had to cancel......was told by the boss I would receive a check for what I had already paid...did not receive it yet....what is going on with this company??

Terrible craftsmanship and inferior installation....and so much for the $500 coupon, never got the discount. A to Z gets an "F".
Welds were poorly done (beaded & burn through holes in support pipe). Protection paint thin & covering less than 1/2 of frame work - none on rusting welds. During install they cut into the awning to adjust for frame supports & left canvas frayed & un-reinforced. They drew design & drew up canvas- should have been adjustments made at shop. Not the quality expected. Big sales pitch. Only some of it came through in actuality.
