Staff was helpful and low pressure, I didn't purchase a vehicle however both sales and finance were pleasant and honored my requests regarding financing.
Trash. Was sold an unreliable car. So unreliable the whole engine wasn’t even properly bolted in. Description was way off and had a problem with it day 2. Don’t buy from here.

Car condition was not as described on website. Prime auto also was a awful place to go see the car. I think they may pay for good reviews. Look at the one stars. I should have!
My ex bought a car from there and it had so many problems wrong with it plus they did not disclose alot of information to us and i actually got 4 violations on them for what they did to us
