A to Z has repaired my vehicles and installed new parts and it's working great. I am a satisfied customer!
Had a car repair done here today. They treated me nice and also went out of their way. I was missing an antenna and they gave me one for free. I would recommend them and will continue to go back.
My experience with this business A To Z Salvage has and is still a bad one, considering that you still have my car. A To Z has had my car since before Jan.1,2013 and today is Jan.23,2013 and no one is answering my phone calls or returning the messages I have left. I'm beyond frustrated with this business and the service.
Beware, BE VERY AWARE! – Purchased a (supposed) 4x4 rear axle assembly from this (supposed) business, to get it home and install it and find out it is a two wheel drive unit, called to inform it wasn't a 4 wheel drive unit, only to get lame excuses of how they must have gotten the wrong part from inventory, and the story of how they are obligated to get me the right part, this has been going on for two (2) weeks now and still no part, and they refuse to refund my money. Not the place to shop – Renee is a liar and she is very unproffesional.They sell junk and then they wont refrund your money or try get you the right part.Contact the BBB and see for yourself.Take my advice Stay Away!!!!!
