WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR EVER!!!!!!!! Had the worst experience trying to buy a car and don't mention fraud, paying insurance and then ended up not having insurance
A few years ago, i, being a single mother, needed a new car badly. The experience i had was the worst customer service i have EVER experienced, ANYWHERE. After i had taken the new car home, the sales manager and other salesmen, had it in their heads that i was sleeping with the loan guy and i was in on him slealing cars from the lot late at night. I have bank here for 30yrs, when it was Michigan National. Haven't had any problem.
I drove 4 hrs to this dealership and the salesman I had been dealing with over the phone for a week never showed up. Didn't even let me know he wouldn't be able to make it when I texted him I was on my way. The salesman I got stuck with was your typical pushy salesman you don't want to deal with. But I got a decent price on my trade in and got the payments I wanted.
