The owner under-quoted to get me down here. Then he raised the price (nearly double), and couldn't explain the difference as we kept with a simple (and small) frame and no mat. He was rude to his staff, often demeaning them in front of us and he was rude to both my wife and I. It was a colossal waste of time and a terrible experience. Other custom framers can do the same job for the same amount of money with better service. So unless your only other price point is Michaels, you can do better...
