Our dryer broke. When the tech came in, he greeted me by saying "I am so fed up with this damn weather." OK, hello to you too. I brought him to the dryer in the basement. My fiancé had opened the lid to look in and see if there was a visible problem. He left the lid open. The tech then said "how ridiculous it is when people try and fix things themselves," and how "they don't know what they're doing," essentially insulting us. They came out and did a great job fixing my dish washer, They were quick and affordable.
Thanks for the quick service fixed the first time the technician came out and left the place cleaner then it was
Don't waste your time with these people. Only interested in the service call. Didn't even bother to run the washer and spent most of the time telling us where to go to buy a cheap new one. Called to complain and was promised a return phone call - twice! Still waiting...
