Horrible customer service. I called the owner to see if he could come to install a part in my appliance and he reacted extremely angry. Called me names! Never saw a behavior like that! Close to psychopathic... Hey, it is your money. Choose carefully who you get in your home to fix your appliances. Never recommended this one! I would give it ZERO stars but one is the lowest one.
They arrived to repair our refrigerator, spent MAYBE 7 minutes, told us it would be $269 to repair, pocketed a $50 bill on a $49 service, no change, no invoice. We called another service repair company who spent 30 minutes taking it apart to SHOW us, it was not repairable. Very unprofessional and would not reccommend.
The owner (repairman) of A to Z Appliance did not return my text messages or returned my phone calls. When he finally showed up at my place to work on my AC unit, he spent about 30 min then disappeared for about 2 hours to serve another customer. He never came back to finish the work.
