Amazing experience! Rick and his team are professional and thoughtful. Rick communicated with me through the entire process. He was available when I had questions or wanted an update. I really appreciate the communication. We chose to use this company after originally ordering from Lowes. What a hassle that was! When you’ve lived on this earth long enough, you become a good judge of people. Yet some indicators are simple no matter what your age. Like returning phone calls, showing up on time, and keeping your word. Then doing excellent work. Called due to a broken spring, with cable hanging. They came out promptly (on a Saturday!), replaced all springs (our request), cleaned and greased components, at a very reasonable price. Great communication and pleasant. Highly recommend!
We had a beautiful shop overhead door installed today! The cost was super affordable and it came in earlier than anticipated. The crew was professional and quick with the install! We would give this rating ten stars if we could!
