They treated me unfairly two times in a row. After their wheel alignment, I left with a crooked steering wheel — the issue I came in with wasn’t fixed. This happened to me twice, on two different cars, back to back. I contacted them right away, and they promised to redo it, but all I got was ‘I’ll call you soon to schedule a time’ — and I never heard from them again.
Went to them to do alignment for my Tesla. After they did alignment on the way home felt like the car was pulled to the right and the steering wheel wasn’t straight so I called them to redo the alignment they refused saying they did everything right, than promised to call me back but never did. I went to Las Schwab payed the same price, but they did perfectly and they said the rear wheel alignment bolt was loose. I will not go here again. Really cramped, no place to park very unprofessional
Terrible service. The staff is rude and behaves inappropriately towards customers. I strongly do not recommend this place
been using this shop for about 5 years and never had a complaint . professional . knowledgeable . polite . dependable . definitely recommend .
