RecommendedFast, friendly and very professional service. I've been a customer since moving to the Round Lake area in 1983. I now live out of town but still return to them for tires and service when needed!
I went to them cause my tire kept losing air and i went to discount tire and they said they could do nothing for me. so my brother recommended them. I went there and they knew what the problem was right away and fixed my tire with no problem. Im so gonna be going back to them if I have any other issues in the future. Thanks again guys. 5 stars
I went there to get a car that was towed there, outside of their $340 fee for the tow of ½ mile, "Chuck" was moving cars around with a skid steer. picking the front of cars up with the bucket, smashing the front bumpers. Now mysteriously the front tire is flat on the car when it never went flat. not to mention when they put it on the flatbed, they drove it up, put it in park while the bed was at a 45° incline which when the parking brake is not used or broken, puts a lot of strain on the park deadmans. Pep Boys couldn’t look at a nail in my tire two days in a row due to, “not having proper techs on site,” yet I called, brought my vehicle in, and had it serviced within 30min at A-Tire. Top notch service!
I have been taking vehicles to A-Tire since 1999 and have never been disappointed. Today, once again, I had my routine maintenance done and a fuel valve replaced that had triggered my "check engine light". Service was fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. At the same time I had another vehicle at the dealership for what I was hoping was going to be covered under warranty. Service was not covered and the dealership quoted my a cost of $312. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am to hear how this company handled a very sad situation and took advantage of individuals that loss their best friend. Last Thursday, their very good friend died in a terrible accident in Round Lake. A-Tire County Service towed the car three miles to their lot and had it for 24 hours. They were charging them almost $1,000 to get their truck. Absolutely insane! When they had to have the same truck towed from St. Louis by obviously another company, it only cost them $500.
