I went there earlier today. The customer service reps were dressed like high school teenagers, not health office associates. One of them took me to the room for a vaginal ultrasound and later the other came in and did the ultrasound. One she finished and measured what she needed to measure, saying “I’ll see if these are good enough for her or if the ultrasound needs to be done again. I she left the room and a middle aged Caucasian woman came in and redid the ultrasound. When the Caucasian woman did the ultrasound so did an abdominal ultrasound and her measurement was 1.87 and she did a measurement from head to rump and it was 6.38. When the young African American female did the measurement, it was 1.67. All these numbers were different than the numbers I got 1 day before at a naval medical center. When I informed the Caucasian woman of this she said “maybe the baby had a growth spurt” I asked “in less than 24 hours you can get over a week farther?” This pushed me to the next pay rate for an abortion. When I counted back from the week/day she had me at, it was before I even have the first day of my last period! I know for a fact that I don’t conceive until at least 2 weeks after that date because I didn’t have intercourse before that time! She said another ultrasound can be done but it might place me outside of 13 weeks and that clinic will not perform an abortion after that. I am so pissed that I wasted $100 and i got scammed. They told me I was farther along to get more money and said the ealiest appt was next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday is that last day they will do the procedure. How convenient. Again, the week and day she placed me at had me as conceiving before the first day of my last period. You are not helping females, you are trying to get more money out of them. I do not trust this place. Go to Keim FIRST! They will do your ultrasound for free. Or your own doctor. Then go to this place if you choose. And don’t tell them you’ve already had an ultrasound. See what happens. I wish I could get my $100 back. What a waste of money for totally incorrect information!!!!

The office is clean. The people are SO friendly. They helped me get financial help. The day of my appointment, the doctor was the nicest person! I wish he could be my regular doctor. Im so grateful to these people for their help.
