I recently replaced our old hot tub cover with a new one, which was under a year old. Regrettably, I noticed that half of the cover was sagging and the internal Styrofoam had cracked. I got in touch with Woodson at A-Tex Hot tubs & pools NW location, who aided me in obtaining a warranty replacement. Woodson handled all the logistics and kept me updated throughout the process. His remarkable customer service has guaranteed that A-Tex Hot tubs & pools NW will continue to have my loyalty.
