For almost 50 years, A-TEX Hot Tubs & Pools (formerly A-TEX Family Fun Center) has been Central Texans' preferred destination for hot tubs, aboveground pools, swim spas, chemicals, and accessories. We also offer our customers expert pool and spa service, maintenance, and support. We're family-owned and family-operated, so all of our guests become family when they walk in the door. The best customer service experience! I filled out an online inquiry regarding my hot tub not heating and I received a phone call the following day from Danny. Danny was extremely helpful and walked me through the steps to help troubleshoot my hot tub issue and it was quickly resolved! So thankful for the time and patience spent, free of charge, to help resolve my issue. Will definitely use A-Tex in the future for any hot tub needs.
Tammy is awesome ! In fact I have had a very pleasurable experience with everyone in this store :) We were taken care of really well and got our first Swim Spa from here. The best part : the after sales service is awesome and every time we reached out with questions we were promptly helped ! Did I tell you that they are awesome ?
Great service
They helped us get the hot tub that fit our needs. Their installers did such a fantastic professional job. They cleaned up around the area and made it perfect. We called to get help with the chemicals and they were so helpful.
