RecommendedKristie’s Voice in a Jiff+ program was the piece of my clinical toolbox I was missing! The videos and step-by-step handouts take a newbie to voice treatment and make them feel like they have the knowledge and power to start implementing evidence-based interventions from day 1! Kristie is excellent! After several years of struggling with an incorrect diagnosis of asthma, my 17 yr old son was finally diagnosed with VCD (Vocal Cord Dysfunction.) Highly recommend Kristie Knickerbocker after she “fixed” my voice in 1 single session! She is very knowledgeable and very personable! I had Muscle Tension Dysphonia, and was without a voice for almost 100 days! The ENT wanted medicine to fix the problem- that was never the answer. All I needed was a visit to Kristie! She was very helpful explaining things too! Amazing! A new respect for all SLPs, especially her!❤️
I am so grateful for Kristie Knickerbocker. I've experienced vocal fatigue and restricted singing ability since having a brutal respiratory virus a year and a half ago. Honestly, I was skeptical of therapy for my particular problem, but decided I would give it a shot. So happy to be wrong! Kristie is very knowledgeable and intuitive but also (and this is rare) she really listens and responds to the individual, not with one-size-fits-all methods. I highly recommend A Tempo!
Kristie did an amazing job for me- I have not talked in 6 weeks and she got my voice back for me in ONE SESSION! I’ve literally tried everything else and didn’t even know her specialty was a thing, but i know where to go when I have voice problems again.
Kristie is an incredible SLP. She is knowledgeable about a plethora of vocal issues. She integrates research into her practice without making your feel stupid. Her prices are reasonable, and when you’re ready to discharge, she doesn’t try to make up reasons why you need to keep coming, just to get your money. My highest praise!! I will definitely come back if I need to in the future.
I purchased Voice in a Jiff from the A TEMPO website and it has greatly improved my confidence with voice therapy! I am the only SLP covering a large rural area, so when an outpatient came to me with vocal fold nodules I decided to take on the challenge. I purchased Kristie's Voice in a Jiff program and it was so easy to follow and fun for both the patient and myself. With the help of this program, my patient's vocal fold nodules are now gone!! Such an amazing resource for all SLP's!
