Rude and nasty. My furnace went out on Saturday in a snowstorm. They promised to be here by noon Monday. When I called Monday, after they didn't show they didn't know who I was, never heard of me. Said they would be charging OT rates during normal hours because they were "very busy". Got someone else to fix furnace.
