Professional, Honest, Nice People, Fantastic Work! Ted and his crew were amazing. Not only was the work extremely well done, the price more than fair, the clean-up incredible, I asked that they try not to disturb my feral cat clan and my gardens in the front of the house and they did 99% of the work from the back.My cats and gardens were happy. Amazing service If you need a good roofer you could not ask for better. After a recent storm my roof started to leak like a crazy. As I made the phone rounds looking for help I got everything from next day maybe to next week. I was in a near panic when I got hold of Mr. Sanchez and he was not only was he concerned for my home, but also my family. Terrific Job! I hired Ted Sanchez Roofing to do some repairs and reconditioning of my 8 year old roof, after receiving bids from 4 other local contractors. Not only was Ted's estimate for the work the most reasonable in cost, his estimators impressed me with their thoroughness and knowledge. In addition, he was willing to warranty his work - which was not the case with some other contractors. The work was performed on time and I was extremely pleased with the meticulous job they did. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent and Professional Service He sent Joseph out at my convenience. Joseph arrived right on time (I know! In Santa Fe!). He explained everything in detail to me. Gave me an estimate which was less that half of the first one I received. He was prepared to do the work on the spot. 1 week later the insurance adjuster came to inspect. She commented on what a fantastic job he did and "I got a lotta bang for my buck."
