I'm purchasing a new home and Stuart's name was on the top of the list that was given to me. Stuart was very professional, polite, and thorough. He explained everything crystal clear. And his inspection report include pictures and diagrams. I would definitely recommend his service to family and friends!!!

Used A-Tech for our home inspection when we bought our house about 4 years ago. In the inspection a crack that ran across the width of the basement floor, shifting top course of wall blocks, and previous repairs to the blocks along the walls were all noted as "Acceptable" and "Continue to monitor". Since then, we have spent over $24,000 and removed the lower portion of all perimeter basement walls to install a drainage system to stop water from entering the basement and several piers to address a sinking foundation. Stuart arrived early for our appointment and answered ALL my questions without acting dismissive or in a big rush to leave. The report was in my email before he even pulled out of the driveway. Professional, punctual, personable and knew his stuff! Highly recommend.

We had A-tech Home Inspections complete a home inspection on a home we are looking to purchase. Stuart is very professional, knowledgeable and explains everything in great detail. After we recieved his report, which we got the same day, we were extremely happy with how thorough and detailed the report was. He answered all of our questions and offered suggestions on some preventative maintenance for the future of our home. Very satisfied with A-tech and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
