A-TECH IS THE BEST! Not only are their fees reasonable, but they take the time to explain everything. They are respectful and very kind! Do yourself a BIG favor and use this trustworthy company for your heating & cooling needs.
From start to finish the experience was 5 stars. We needed a complete new system and got four quotes and Brad came in second to lowest but with the best warranty by far. On installation day, they (the crew of 5) arrived on time and ready to work. They were quick, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend them.
5 stars from beginning to end. Brad was super polite and efficient getting me a same day appointment within hours of my call because he had a tech nearby. They stayed in contact with me via texts. I got a text when my tech Gary was on his way. He was right in the middle of my scheduled 2 hour window. He was polite and efficient and friendly. My furnace stopped working, so I contacted my home warrant program. A tech responded and said the system was too old and no parts to fix it. The written diagnostic sheet said ""gas valve shroud"" was broken. They provided an estimate to replace everything, $8,900.00.
