The job was completed satisfactory...professionally...the cost seemed a little on the high end.
Very prompt and knowledgeable
Another A/C repair company (Elite Heating & Air) called first and set up an appointment. They never showed. I called Brad at A-Tech and he rearranged his scheduled to get to us as soon as possible. Fixed our a/c quickly at a very fair price. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

My experience with A-Tech was excellent. The tech who replaced my thermostat was very knowledgeable, accurate and informative. The service and the new thermostat were top notch. A-Tech gets my highest rating.
Can't say enough about Brad and A-Tech. Very professional and timely, I even got same day service. I had just had smart thermostat controllers installed by the power company. As a result, the technician failed to hook up a wire from my main unit to the condenser. Brad was very up front and honest, told me about the wire and even went so far as to say, if the power company had any doubts or questions, they could call him and he would confirm the wire was never hooked up. I called 3 different companies for estimates on removing and replacing all the old duct work. For whatever reason I felt like I could trust Brad and he wouldn't overcharge me. I always prefer to go with owner-operators because their reputation is invested in their work. I'm have no regrets about my decision. The work was very well done with attention to detail and even though in the contract we'd agreed that the price might go up once the ductwork was exposed, Brad actually charged me less.
