Mr. Tom Johnson I used A-Tech a year ago and got fast, friendly service. Be aware, however, A-Tech provides service on a contract basis and if you don't notify them IN WRITING AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CONTRACT ANNIVERSARY, your bank account will be automatically drafted for a NON-REFUNDABLE $139.00 to renew the contract for another year. Supposedly, you get an email notice that your contract is coming up for renewal but I DID NOT. I spoke with Dustin with A-Tech and he politely informed me there is no way he can get th... read more
Tricky computer repair scham I used this computer repair place a year ago 01/12/09 and now one year later they have billed my credit card to renew a membership for their services. I called them the very day it showed up on my credit card account. The only person who Iâve been able to talk to (Office Manager) says they will not cancel the charge! On the work order form the back has fine print that she says spells out the terms. They did not tell or mention anything to me about this. She says they donât have to tell custom... read more
Computer Repair I have had 2 other company's come out and leave with the problem unresolved and a big bill. A-tech came out same day and fixed the problem within 1 hour of time. This company is known for there V.I.P. Memberships. $99 a year unlimimted on site service. Best service company I have ever done business with!
