called and organized service , he said he will be in 1 hour but never showed up and stopped answering our calls and messages , we just lost time , at least you should have told us that you can not come rather than saying that you are coming so we wont lose time

John Chase is one of the best mechanics I ever seen! Changed the transmission and transfer case in my brothers 6.0 power stroke with all odds against him! When he was done thing shifted better than new! He was given junk parts and made them work! John is a lifesaver and I will stand behind him and trust his work 100%!
