Worst Company in Columbus are. Avoid at all cost. Owner is a cut throat liar. They do not honor their 12 month 12000 mile warranty they will blame it on you . Please avoid this company at all cost everything they did to my 2 cars I had to redo it because they did it wrong.
Had my Duramax for about a month-and-a-half now was told last week it would be Monday to Wednesday come Friday tells me they're waiting on a line but they put the wrong part on and it won't fit it would be Monday samething part wont fit had to pull the bellhousing back out again here it is Tuesday still no answer don't know trying to work on it and be done by the end of the day hopefully i dont get it its not cheap to rent a truck i been get the run a round for week and some days it was supposedly supposed to be a 15 Day Fix... read more
Less than one star! My wife and I took our vehicle in for an inspection. They had my car for 6 days and couldn't find what was wrong with it. No big deal there, that happens so we go to pick the car back up. Find out the catalytic converter got stolen while in their possession. Found out a few days prior that someone else car was vandalized (manager told us directly, it was a minivan with the passenger rear window broken). Referred by **** ** ************(******** ********** *******) Horrible customer service! Remanufactured transmission, paid $3200 cash, only to have to return for the same problem and no car for over two weeks, promised calls not returned majority of the time and had to fuss for a warranty (two years instead of 12 months) after I was told 3 year warranty. I feel very betrayed. I can only hope that they hold up their end of the bargain on the warranty if the transmission they "rebuilt" acts up again. Very Discouraging.
Took my truck in to have a transmission rebuilt that they had rebuilt a couple months ago. It was no cost because it was under warranty. Other my transmission, there was nothing else wrong with my truck. after a month they called and said I had a bad axle and axle boot and was going have to get that repaired. finally got my truck back today and now the brakes are making a grinding and high pitch screeching noise.
A team provided excellent communication on needed repairs, went above and beyond locating reasonably priced parts and completed the repair in a timely manner. Doing business with A Team was truly amazing.
Very good experience and cheaper than was quoted. Highly recommend to family and friends who need work on their car!!
