I recently purchased a foreclosure (owned by Fannie Mae) that used "A Team Realty" as their listing agent. I don't think the agent (there's only one, she's the broker and agent, so there's no boss to complain to) could possibly have been less communicative/harder to get a hold of. I just closed on my second home (yay!) and had to share my experience of working with Anna at A team realty. Anna was an excellent resource for us throughout the process. When we started our search for our new home (first is going to be rented) we still weren't sure of exactly where or what we wanted in our new primary property.
