Extremely disappointed with our service experience. The technician immediately pushed us toward purchasing a new furnace and AC unit, claiming the board was faulty and that the heat exchanger was leaking carbon monoxide — two serious accusations made without any actual testing or diagnostics. The furnace board has built-in indicator lights that display fault codes, none of which supported his claims. We called a second company. They were so easy to work with. They always responded to any inquiry I made as the process went on. Had racoons in attic that made it look like a tornado went through. All duct work and insulation was ruined. We had to work around the insulation team, which removed the insulation and sanitized. A-Team worked it into the schedule as needed, showed up on time and completed the work. Now we can have new insulation blown in.
