Team Hope did not do a good job re installing our outside A/C as they didn't send in our 10-year warranty so consequently we now have only a 5-year warranty. They also didn't program the thermostat right to hook up the heat pump so had high heating bills this past winter because the heat strips came on instead of the heat pump--very disappointed in this company.
