I had requested a quote from A-Team for some needed masonry repairs. On the day of the appointment, Julio called ahead to let me know the time he would be arriving. Once here, he introduced himself and asked about the problem. After taking an initial look, he was able to quickly assess the issue and explain a couple of options for course of action and the reasons for selecting one or the other.
