I called out of frustration one day, ready to drop becoming a HHA for my child due to lack of communication with the agency started with but Ms. Wanda was very compassionate, patient and understanding to my situation and walked me through the process answering all of my questions. It took a little bit to clear up the mess from the prior agency, but Ms. Wanda stuck with me until we were finally able to transfer over to A-Team and everything has been smooth sailing since the transfer.
