Went to my mom’s house on April 11th told her lies that they needed to order a part…..mom kept calling every few weeks being told they were waiting on a part…. She finally called CHARLES STONE on May 7th and guess what…. My mom has her air conditioning fixed today. My mother is 80 years old. It makes me sick living in another state and having a LOCAL business do bad to anyone. Don’t take a job then lie it’s UGLY
Nice people and great service
They claimed in their response that BBB closed the complaint because they were not at fault. That is a lie. The complaint was closed simply because they responded to the complaint even though we're at a disagreement over fault. They pay for the accreditation. I had them out here 3 times to work on a unit they installed in 2022.
