Was told in the office it would be a couple weeks before they would be able to get to me. Short on help and needed to take care of emergency first. 4 months went by and never even got a phone call. The first time they were only here for an hour and 15minutes.if the company didn't want to do the cleaning why didn't they tell me that or call me after 2or3weeks?
What a great company! We had our new heat and air installed by someone else but it cut off during the freezing weather. We call A-Team and they came out the same day. We've used them on several issues and couldn't be happier! We would highly recommend.
We are IMPRESSED! Doug and his partner arrived this morning to check on our HVAC unit, which was not keeping up in heating our home. What we thought would require a full replacement was a very simple fix. Doug explained everything and we are cozy and comfy now. From the initial outreach to today's visit, we are grateful to be connected with the A-Team!

Went to my mom’s house on April 11th told her lies that they needed to order a part…..mom kept calling every few weeks being told they were waiting on a part…. She finally called CHARLES STONE on May 7th and guess what…. My mom has her air conditioning fixed today. My mother is 80 years old. It makes me sick living in another state and having a LOCAL business do bad to anyone. Don’t take a job then lie it’s UGLY
