My experience working with A-Team Heating and Cooling was excellent. I contacted them during a heat wave to look at an AC unit that is 27 years old in Sumpter Township. Kelly was able to get me on the schedule for the next day. I expected to have to replace it and pay thousands. However, Vince was able to repair it within 15 minutes and for only $360. Vince and his team did a great job installing my AC unit and installed within 3 days of me reaching out for the first time. Even more exceptional than installation was the service I received. I had an issue in the middle of a heat wave where I'm sure they were extremely busy keeping customers running. I reached out at 7pm to say I had an issue and Vince was out here by 10pm to look at it for me. He found that the thermostat, that was not a part of their installation work, had died. Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday night right before a "heat dome" with a 110 degree heat index. When I called A Team, even at that late hour on a Sunday, I spoke to an actual person (other sites had AI bots). They had someone out the next day at exactly the time of the window, and they fixed it perfectly at a reasonable price. Now we are in the heat dome and it is keeping the temperature cool and comfortable. Very grateful to this excellent service and highly recommend the company to anyone in need of HVAC services.
