This establishment is either a scam or out of business. Called for a quote (Nov 2021) and they gave me the phone number of someone else who handled glass repair. Odd at first, but I get in contact with the tech and he comes right out, same day to review my project. Measures and quotes. Need the work done quickly so I go ahead and give a check for half. Do not use this company. I paid for storm windows in June that have still not been installed.
This company stole my deposit and never installed my mirror.
The technician was nice his name is Lee. However the phone price quote was $29 to come out + Lock cut off starting at $35. But the actual cost was $120 . Very over priced for this service, at least give me a more true price quote on the phone.
Ken Heard, owner. Took my money, did a shoddy job, didn't finish and ghosted me. I would not use this company ever.
