Went there for a buzzing noise in one of my laptop fans, and also to get it cleaned inside. People were nice, informative, and after a few days (there was a queue of computers in front of mine), I got my laptop back looking better than ever. The guy who worked on it said it "still might be a little loud" before turning it on, but the fans were quieter than I'd heard in years.
