Awesome customer service, and super quick. Juan cleaned our carpets yesterday, and he was top notch. Friendly, loves his job, and efficient! I never write reviews but I have to share my amazing experience. Everyone was so very nice, from the receptionist to the guy who came and cleaned my carpet. The guy (Juan) was absolutely amazing!! He did a great job!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!!
We've used A Team the last 4 times we've had our carpets cleaned and they are fantastic! Juan is super great and won't leave until you are totally satisfied! We are always satisfied!! Very professional group and always on time and I'm thrilled with the job every time!!
I called them to stretch the carpet for a rental property (3 small bedrooms). Their representative viewed the rooms and gave a verbal estimate of $75.00. I never got a bill it was sent to my property manager. When I got all the receipts from the property manager the bill for carpet stretching was $150.00 ($50 a room). When I questioned the bill with the company they said the individual who gave me the verbal estimate miss-quoted the job and refused to adjust the bill. Just wanted to give A-Team Carpet Clean a shout out for doing a wonderful job on our carpet. We’ve gotten them cleaned twice since being in our new home and we went with another company the first time. A-Team blew them out of the water. They look, smell, and feel great. Thanks guys! A Team is amazing. Jaun did an awesome job on our move out carpet cleaning about a month ago and Chris came out on Sunday to do a water extraction and clean up after our son's room flooded he was really nice and did a great job. Thank A Team!
