Ron was very thorough and was very informative about the inspection process. He has great communication with both my family and the real estate agent, as well as going over the report in great detail and showing us the results in person on all that he found whether good or bad. These people entered my home without permission. Turned, unplugged, or covered all the camera's so they also did not notify me someone was in the house. Something happened - no camera's so I do not know exactly, but the upstairs flooded the downstairs bathroom. They shut the water off but did not notify anyone. Additionally, not knowing someone had been in the home - I turned the water back on thinking kids were messing around - and flooded the bathroom again. Flooded it 3 times in 5 days in June.
