RecommendedA taste of excellence (5 Alarm) catered my wedding and the food was AMAZING! Holy deliciousness. Every single one of my guests told me how much they loved the food!! So juicy, flavorful, and just tasty. The staff were so kind and professional. Even the office staff were very nice to work with. We used the 5 Alarm Firetruck, and everyone at my wedding thought it was so neat! Very fair pricing, as well. We had so much food!! If you’re looking for backyard barbecue catering, look no further!!

My family has been working with Medeana for nearly two years now and every crew we get were never disappointed. Tonight we celebrated my dads 50th and the crew had the entire venue set up and ready for me when I arrived to greet and prepare my guests for the big surprise! Everything was great. Food was tasty first of all!!! Staff very professional and working with them was fantastic. From the start, we got the venue specifics, then timeline and decorating options. Karen Levin was our contact- and she was awesome. She gave us her experienced thoughts, answered all questions, and honestly treated me like her own daughter on my wedding day- fluffling my dress and such as she helped the day flow. 😃
Highly recommend Taste of Excellence for any event! They did a great job catering our wedding. I really loved the professionalism and respectfulness the entire staff had throughout the entire process. During the craziness of the day, I loved that they were able to come in and execute a seamless event without much direction or attention from me. Madeana, was so helpful, timely and gave great recommendations on our menu, which paid off when we got a ton of compliments from guests.
