Horrible experience
This happened summer of 2022, I don’t know why the review didn’t post, but I’ll upload it again. We’ve been having AC issues and have American Home Shield. They sent these guys out to work on the AC and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and left. We called AHS back and they scheduled a next day service. My mom was already reluctant because they couldn’t fix the problem the first time but apparently this is the only company AHS uses. Fernando was amazing! He was super patient, answered all of my questions and make me feel like a valued customer. I will be requesting him personally the next time I use this company :)
Bottom Line: If you are assigned this company via American Home Shield or any other home warranty company, call them immediately and ask for another repair company. Working with ATX Express was one of worst experiences I've had working with a service company in my life. They consistently failed to proactively communicate to setup an appointment -- I had to call them to schedule times for service, their techs consistently arrived late and never called to provide an update on scheduling, they misdiagnosed the cause of an AC le... read more
